On Saturday Lew preached on Jesus being “our man.” He based it on the man healed at the pool Bethesda. While he was preaching a voice spoke to me and said, “I am your man, your husband.” It was like a light bulb coming on this is what God has been trying to teaching me through this last year. When I would have problems or was in trouble, I would reach for the phone and call my Mother for advise or help before I would even think about praying to God for help. God has been working on this area in my life along with many other areas of my life that needed changing, so I can become a mature Christian and a stronger person. This really helped me to understand the difficult times I’ve been going through and help me to change even more and how to pray.
